Did you know that today is National Creativity Day? It is a day to embrace your personal creative style and support the creativity of others around you. How do you exhibit your creativity? Do you sew, sing, dance, cook, make cards, knit, scrapbook, sculpt, paint? The possibilities are limited only by your imagination. One of my favorite creative hobbies is to make cards. This is especially enjoyable when I am making one for a specific person and occasion. We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday while we were in Mexico and I was able to surprise him by making him a card and giving it to him while we were gone. I didn’t get a photo before we left (sorry!) and it shows a bit of wear from the trip home, but he loved it as much as I did@ This card features a current stamp set (He’s All That) with some retired Designer Series Paper that I just love! It is always fun to get new items, but I also like to use what I have on hand too. Since we were traveling this paper just seemed fitting.
